That is why we provide a variety of ways to interact with our team and our user community – to get you the information you need to ensure a successful outcome.

Our success depends on your success – we offer our support to everyone, whether you have purchased one of our products or just want to test-drive them.

Our support offering includes the following services:

Email Support. Email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We generally respond to emails during our normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. central time, but don’t be surprised to hear from us long into the evening or even early in the morning.

Community-powered Support. We believe in community involvement – people sharing their experiences, ideas, frustrations and successes. We have partnered with Get Satisfaction to provide you with a community based forum with which to ask questions, find answers and discuss our products and services. If you can't find the information you need, be sure to let us know. Our dedicated InSitu Software team actively monitors the posts, so it is likely that you will get a response directly from the engineers that designed and built the products.
