Everyone wants a great deal and that’s exactly what iTools delivers.
We believe in a straight-forward, hassle free evaluation and sales process. iTools may be used for FREE for the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscription plans (billed in advance) offer ongoing access. We hope all the information you need about pricing is included on this page but please feel free to call if you have questions.

Common Pricing Questions
Do you offer any discount for Non-Profits and NGOs?
YES! Any organization that qualifies for the Salesforce.com non-profit/NGO discount gets their first 10 licenses of iTools for free. If you need more than 10 licenses we will discount the price of those licenses by 50%. If you only need 10 licenses then iTools will cost you nothing. It’s our way of saying THANK YOU for all the great work you do.
Do I have to buy a license for every Salesforce.com user in my organization?
No, you only need licenses for those users that directly benefit in some way from using the tools. We do, however, strongly recommend you read the Licensing section of the Configuration Guide for the tool(s) you are interested in to better understand the impact and limitations on users that are not licensed for iTools.
Will the cost of iTools appear on my Salesforce.com bill?
No, we will send you a separate invoice each year for your iTools subscription.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, if your bill is less than $1,000.00 USD. If you wish to pay using a credit card please let us knows and we will send you an invoice via PayPal (its more secure then you giving us your credit card number).
Do I have to buy a subscription for each tool if I want to use more than one?
NO, your subscription entitles you to use as many of the tools in the collection as you find valuable, including the required Configuration Manager. We packaged each tool separately so you only have to install what you need but you get the entire collection for the one low price.
